Could Not Open Generated Report File

On the user’s computer, TIFF files are not associated with a program that can open them.

  1. To associate a file extension with a program, go to Control Panel and search Associate.
  2. Then, in the Default programs group, select Make a file type always open in a specific program.
  3. Once the list populates, scroll down to TIFF and click the Change program button at the top of the window.
  4. Select a program (e.g. AlternaTIFF) that can open TIFF files.
