To Resolve an Error Message:

  1. Search the Knowledge Base for the error message.
  2. Check to see which version of TREAT is producing the error (Open TREAT -> Help -> About TREAT)
  3. If 3.3.x and the x isn’t 1, download the upgrade from our website and try again. If license is not current, pay for renewal.
  4. If 3.2.5, log a support ticket and send the problem TPG via the TREAT Help Desk.
