To Transfer TREAT From a Dead Machine to a Live One:
- Check TREAT activations for license status – log in to the TREAT Store to look for yourself OR log a ticket with license key at the TREAT Help Desk and we will get back to you.
- If this is your second or later transfer, pay for transfer.
- If license is not current, pay for renewal.
- Support staff will move license key to “pending” status in database.
- Activate the license key on the new machine.
