To Transfer TREAT From a Dead Machine to a Live One:

  1. Check TREAT activations for license status – log in to the TREAT Store to look for yourself OR log a ticket with license key at the TREAT Help Desk and we will get back to you.
  2. If this is your second or later transfer, pay for transfer.
  3. If license is not current, pay for renewal.
  4. Support staff will move license key to “pending” status in database.
  5. Activate the license key on the new machine.
