To Renew TREAT Support:

A TREAT support license is required to upgrade to the latest version of TREAT, transfer TREAT to a new machine, reinstall TREAT if you encounter a system error, and to receive customer support.

  1. From the TREAT Store click Renew for the desired product.
  2. Check out through the online store, using the license key of your TREAT instance.

Your license key can be found by opening TREAT, then selecting Registration, Manual Offline Registration.

If you have lost access to your TREAT software try visiting your customer account at or contact customer support.
